We participated in an inspiring deep dive on leadership in FemTech Innovation!

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of joining an incredible evening at Campus Biotech in Geneva, where the focus was on FemTech leadership, innovation, and the future of healthcare. Co-organized by BioAlps and the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) with the support of CSEM, this event brought together passionate founders, investors, and industry experts to share their insights and experiences.

The discussions were eye-opening, highlighting both the challenges and opportunities in FemTech. From the evolving funding landscape to the breakthroughs that are reshaping women’s health, each conversation reinforced the importance of bold leadership and collaboration.

Being part of this dialogue was both inspiring and energizing. It’s clear that innovation in healthcare isn’t just about technology—it’s about vision, resilience, and the drive to create meaningful impact. The evening ended on a high note, with a motivating address that left us all even more committed to pushing boundaries in this space.

A huge thank you to the organizers, speakers, and everyone who joined to make the discussions and networking so engaging. Events like these remind us why we do what we do—because real change happens when we come together.

We’re excited for what’s ahead. Let’s keep driving innovation forward!
