Once the optimal position is achieved, the table’s large field of view and the transparencies enables a 3D surface scanner to record the exact posture.
This scan is then used to create the personalized immobilization VENUS Shell (trade mark), ensuring consistent positioning during both the pretreatment simulation CT scan and each treatment session, enhancing comfort, accuracy and treatment effectiveness.
